Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation setting requiring 2+ years of experience and Cerner proficiency.

Job Details

• Standard contract with 40 guaranteed weekly hours,
• Shift schedule 09:00-17:00,
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered,

Job Requirements

• Active PT license required if applicable,
• BLS certification required,
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required,
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history,
• Driver's license required for consideration,
• Social Security Number (full or last 4 digits) and date of birth required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius or be willing to travel,
• Returning employees or travelers must be identified prior to consideration,
• RTO should be kept to less than 7 days,
• Change of agency is not permitted for this facility
