Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. You will play a crucial role in assembling high-quality engineered components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic to advance in a global leader in engineering and manufacturing aftermarket air suspension products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble air suspension components and related parts according to work orders, diagrams, and visual instructions.

• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment as required to complete assembly tasks.

• Inspect parts for quality, proper alignment, seals, and finish, ensuring products meet high durability and performance standards.

• Work from simplified, visual work instructions similar to IKEA-style diagrams.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area according to safety and efficiency standards.

• Stand for 10+ hours while performing repetitive production tasks.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify leads of defects or issues with parts or tools.

• Support workflow by following production pacing and contributing to team output goals.

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures in the manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude or experience in assembly, mechanical work, automotive tasks, or similar hands-on roles.

• Ability to read and follow basic visual work orders or illustrated step-by-step diagrams.

• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with tools, machinery, and repetitive processes.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized instructions.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist where needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand and power tools.

• Physical ability to lift and load products weighing 20+ lbs.

Work Environment

Assemblers work in a non-climate-controlled environment in Building B and Building C. Building B is a new manufacturing warehouse where candidates will work at standing work stations to assemble products. In Building C, candidates will rebuild used products using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Opportunities for growth include positions in the paint department, crimper department, QC, or as machine operators.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00/hr.
