Job Description Frankie Jobe Agency is a Farmers Insurance all-lines agency in North Houston, and we're hiring a producer who actually likes to sell. This isn't a customer service role with a sales title. You'll be quoting, closing, and cross-selling auto, home, life, and commercial policies every day, with warm leads, a strong carrier lineup, and a team that competes hard and celebrates wins. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Work inbound and agency-provided leads quickly, with a goal of contacting every lead the same day Quote and close personal lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella) and life insurance Identify and write commercial opportunities, including BOP, commercial auto, and general liability Cross-sell every household to build multi-line, high-retention accounts Make outbound calls, run follow-up sequences, and stay consistent with your pipeline Keep notes, quotes, and activity updated in the agency CRM Hit weekly and monthly production goals and take part in office sales competitions Deliver a smooth onboarding experience so new clients stay and refer Requirements Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license (required); Life & Health license preferred or obtained within 60 days 1+ year of proven insurance or commission-based sales experience Track record of hitting or beating sales quotas, with numbers you can share in the interview (preferably) Confident on the phone, comfortable asking for the sale, and handles objections well Self-starter who doesn't need to be pushed to make calls Comfortable with CRMs, quoting platforms, and learning new systems quickly Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail on applications Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus Able to work in-office at our Cypress Creek Pkwy location #J-18808-Ljbffr Frankie Jobe-Farmers Insurance Agency
