Retail Shift Leader

Address: 13505 NW 7th Ave. North Miami, Florida 33168 Pay range: $16.00/hr to $17.50/hr Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans, extensions, and negotiate terms for pawned items. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members. Lead the team to create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience such as key holder, shift lead or manager. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Strong time‑management, organization, and prioritization. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background and bilingual ability are a plus.
