Spavia Estero is hiring part-time and full-time Guest Advisors!

✔Hourly base $15.50 up to $17.00  + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by location, schedule, and results; transparent ranges provided at interview.

• Full-time or part-time

• Weekend/evening availability preferred

• Typical shift 6-8 hours

Opening Duties

• Log into Guest Advisor desktop profile.
• Open Mindbody.
• Prepare front desk.
• Verify appointments.
• Check voicemail.
• Prepare beverages.
• Ensure lobby cleanliness.
• Review daily goals.

Throughout the Day

• Answer phones promptly.
• Schedule appointments.
• Check guests in and out.
• Promote memberships.
• Recommend retail.
• Confirm upcoming appointments.
• Complete guest notes.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Assist spa team as needed.

Closing Duties

• Complete checkout procedures.
• Secure cash drawer.
• Prepare front desk for next day.
• Clean lobby.
• Complete closing checklist.
• Log out of systems.

This position requires flexibility.

Mandatory Availability:

• Evenings (3:00 PM–8:00 PM)
• Saturdays (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Sundays (11:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Holiday availability may also be required.

Preferred:

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Hospitality experience
• Spa, salon, or wellness industry experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
