Jersey Mike's is looking for an Assistant Manager!

Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, while following all guidelines and initiatives outlined in the crew member description.

REQUIREMENTS

• In addition to the crew member job requirements, the following apply to the assistant manager.
• Strive to build trust with your employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork.
• Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and running a clean, fun business while meeting store sales goals.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Making and serving food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high quality.
• Working with the crew to maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants.
• Ability to handle fast paced and high stress situations.
• Essential duties of this position include lifting up to 50 pounds, memorizing the menu, bending, stooping, and prolonged standing.
• Provide quality customer service that strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
