This role involves providing quality patient care across all age groups in a busy medical-surgical unit, with a focus on telemetry monitoring. The assignment offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours on weekends and as needed. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Certification and licensure to work as an RN in Tennessee; ACLS; BLS; NIHSS; MS/Telemetry experience; IV insertion; at least 1 year of experience Preferred Qualifications: None specified Float: Float rotation may be required, with potential assignment to similar medical-surgical units Additional Information: Orientation sessions are scheduled weekly on Mondays. All clinical staff must have the required certifications prior to start date. Candidates must be located at least 60 miles or more from the facility. The facility serves a diverse patient population across all ages and is equipped with Meditech electronic health record systems, Omnicell medication dispensing units, and a Level III Trauma Center status. The unit staff includes experienced nurses providing care in a fully accredited hospital.
