Job Description At Teledyne Microwave Solutions, you will play an important role in supporting the production of advanced microwave and radio frequency technologies used across aerospace, defense, communications, space, and other high-performance industries. As a Material Handler, you will help ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately to support manufacturing operations and maintain the highest quality standards. What you'll do Pull microchips and other sensitive materials for production kits using microscopes and precision tools. Supply materials to manufacturing teams and fulfill production requests. Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records. Receive, stock, package, and store raw materials and subassemblies. Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory activities. Replenish inventory and help resolve material shortages. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Process raw material orders and maintain inventory availability. Support internal customers with timely and accurate material requests. Follow inventory control and material handling procedures to prevent product damage. What you need Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills - required Ability to work accurately with fragile electronic components - required Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency - required Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system experience - required Manufacturing experience (5+ years) - required Stockroom, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience (1+ year) - required High school diploma or equivalent - required Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work occasional overtime and Saturdays - required What we offer Opportunity to work for a recognized leader in microwave and RF technology. Salary Range: $39,000.00-$52,000.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
