Quality Technician Bradford, PA | Full-Time | 1st Shift (4 Day Workweek-Enjoy a 3 Day Weekend) | Precision-Focused Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our team in Lewis Run, PA. As a Quality Technician , you’ll be responsible for monitoring and verifying product quality throughout the production cycle. Key duties include: Performing in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with Inspect all materials and equipment and ensure they are in accordance with spec Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and customer expectations Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Participate in First Article Inspections and recommend process improvements Document inspection results, test data, and product disposition Support internal audits, corrective/preventive actions Perform quality evaluations — including surface finish, borescope inspections, and regulatory code compliance (ASME/BPE, 3A, PED, MOM) Provide technical support to production teams regarding product quality Obtain VTII Certification-training provided Tools & Technology Inspection tools: Calipers, Pin Gauges, Scales, Height Gage, Profilometers including calibration and maintenance of quality tools Digital tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Dynamic AX ERP system, PDF software What is Required?
