Requirements Who We're Looking For: A leader with 1--3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field Certified or licensed as required by your state -- you know the drill!
