Responsibilities include: * Welcoming and rooming patients * Taking vitals and updating medical histories * Supporting providers during patient visits * Performing phlebotomy and basic lab work * Administering vaccines and screenings (within certification) * Coordinating follow-up care, referrals, and diagnostics * Answering patient questions and providing phone support * Preparing and stocking exam rooms * Supporting a clean, safe clinic environment What We're Looking For * High school diploma or GED * Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required * Relevant Medical Assistant clinical or externship experience required * BLS/CPR certification * Comfort using EMR systems * Strong communication and teamwork skills Bonus Points For: * Phlebotomy experience * Primary care experience * CMA/RMA certification * Experience in team-based care environments About Hopscotch At Hopscotch, we believe healthcare should feel more personal — for both patients and care teams.
