The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.The Control Account Manager (CAM) will oversee financial planning, tracking, and analysis of designated control accounts within our organization. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in earned value management (EVM) and project controls.Role ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain control account plans in accordance with company policies and contractual requirementsDevelop and manage work breakdown structures (WBS) for assigned projectsMonitor project performance against established baselines using earned value metricsPrepare and analyze variance reports, identifying root causes of cost and schedule deviationsForecast project costs and schedules based on current performance dataCollaborate with project managers, functional managers, and technical leads to ensure accurate planning and reportingLead regular status reviews with stakeholders to communicate project financial healthImplement corrective actions to address performance issuesEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards and contract requirementsWork closely with the programs’ Technical, Scheduling and Risk Leads and other CAMs to ensure cost, risk, schedule, and performance are aligned across the programCoach, teach, and mentor junior team members on EVM principles and practicesMinimum Qualifications:Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience) in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fieldTypically 5+ years of related experience as a Control Account Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of earned value management systems (EVMS) and project control methodologiesProficiency with project management and EVM software toolsExperience with government contracting requirements (DCMA, FAR/DFARS) preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilitiesPMP, EVP, or similar certification preferredAbility to obtain a U.S. Security ClearanceSkillsBudget development and managementCost and schedule variance analysisRisk assessment and mitigationStakeholder communicationCross-functional team collaborationData analysis and reportingContract compliancePreferredActive TS/SCI clearanceCompensation:Pay Range:$128,084.00 - $176,115.50Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.IMPORTANT NOTICE:This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance.
