Role Description

We are building an exceptional care team to service clients in Bellevue and surrounding areas with immediate openings for compassionate caregivers. The Compassionate Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Additional responsibilities include providing companionship, running errands, light housekeeping, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. The caregiver will also be expected to communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met.

Qualifications

• Companionship skills, including providing emotional support and social interaction
• Experience in personal care, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ability to manage meal preparation and medication reminders
• Basic housekeeping skills including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and their families
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Training or certification in caregiving is required (e.g. NAR, HCA, CNA)
• Must be reliable and trustworthy
