Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time . Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in to quote and sell insurance policies .

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to current clients by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
• Assist prospective clients by handling inbound calls, providing quotes, and helping convert inquiries into policy sales
• Support the sales process by recommending appropriate coverage options based on client needs
• Learn and apply agency processes and systems through training to contribute effectively to team success
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information while ensuring a high level of professionalism

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and assist both current and prospective clients
• Ability to learn quickly, follow agency processes, and effectively support sales efforts including quoting and recommending coverage
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to accurately maintain client records and handle multiple tasks in a professional manner
