Max experience 5 to 10 years Job Description: As a User Experience (UX) specialist you will focus on people on understanding their needs and pain points to provide a compelling and consistent user experience to immensely improve the satisfaction of people who use our products, systems and services. What you'll be working on: Deeply involved in the end-to-end human-centered design process including research, design and evaluation. You will work closely with UX researchers, business analysts, UX designers, and product managers from conducting and translating research to inform requirements, designing and evaluating solutions. As a UX specialist, you will be working in the role of [UX Researcher, UX Designer]. Typical capabilities expected from the role(s): Research - capture users' needs, motivations, behaviors, etc via variety of qualitative and quantitative methods and translate them into meaningful personas, journey maps and usage scenarios to inform requirements Design - translate research outcomes and requirements into design concepts via wireframes, prototypes and design specifications Evaluation - provide actionable insights for concept iteration via variety of formative and summative usability evaluations such as usability testing, heuristic evaluations, System Usability Scale (SUS), etc The ideal candidate: Has business domain knowledge in Pharma Development.
