FACILITY INFORMATION • EMR System: EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII • Office Equipment Available: Standard OB/GYN tools and diagnostics • Specialty Backup Available: Collegial group of system physicians • Support Staff Available: Nurse practitioner support for both inpatient and outpatient care • Reason for Coverage: Growth and system-wide service line expansion

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain) • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN • Experience: Open to all experience levels • Other Qualifications: EPIC EMR proficiency; team-oriented with strong communication skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN services • Participate in 1:4 call rotation • Collaborate with multidisciplinary physician group • Use EPIC system for documentation and clinical workflow • Help expand OB/GYN services in a supportive healthcare system
