What You’ll Do This position provides clerical and technical support to advance the mission of the College and the Financial Aid Office. The Student Financial Advisor combines knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs with strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve students and families effectively. Advisors are expected to exemplify the highest standards of customer service and responsiveness. This position serves as a primary point of contact for students seeking financial aid assistance and may serve the general student population or an assigned caseload. The Advisor ensures students receive accurate and complete information regarding processing timelines, documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, awarding, and maintenance of financial aid eligibility. The role requires a broad understanding of federal and state regulations and proficiency with multiple software systems and applications. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have: An Associate’s degree Two (2) years of clerical or customer services experience required; or a combination of education and/or experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
