Warehouse OperatorSirius Staffing is seeking warehouse operators in the Blair, NE area. This role offers a full-time, long-term opportunity with a leading chemical manufacturer. As a warehouse operator, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory. Our client seeks candidates with a proven track record of longevity in their work history. $22.71/hr + benefits offered | PTO & holiday pay Schedule: 12-hour rotating day shifts 7a-7p, with 2 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off. First week of training M-F 7:00-4:30.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMust have previous forklift experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.Valid driver’s license requiredMust have a proven track record of longevity work historyCapable of working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to follow and understand all forklift safety requirements and pass site-specific certification.Ability to lift objects weighing up to 55 pounds.Ability to frequently climb stairs, stand and walk for extended periods, frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and overhead reachingDuties and Responsibilities:Operate forklifts to remove products from packaging lines.Accurately record pallet counts on production sheets.Store pallets in designated warehouse areas.Operate equipment to package products into totes and 25kg pallets.Adjust and troubleshoot packaging machinery as needed.Identify and move damaged products to designated warehouse areas.Dump damaged bags into super sacks for reprocessing.Maintain daily safety, cleaning, and hygiene standards in the area.Participate in quality-related activities and safety programs.Perform miscellaneous projects related to warehouse operations as needed.Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
