Manufacturing Operations Manager

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day plant operations in our Salem, OR aluminum investment casting facility. This role oversees production, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet aerospace and industrial customer demand while driving safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. The manager will implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, track KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams. Responsibilities include coaching frontline supervisors, optimizing processes and workflows, managing budgets, and supporting employee development in a precision, high‑integrity manufacturing environment.
