Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - FT - Overnight - Full-Time 3rd Shift

Compassionate And Dependable Lpn Needed

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable licensed practical nurse (lpn) to join our clinical team on full-time overnight shifts. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, support overall wellness, and collaborate closely with rns and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care throughout the night.

key responsibilities

• provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies
• administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• monitor residents' conditions, identify changes, and report concerns promptly
• assist with assessments, documentation, and ongoing care planning
• respond appropriately to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies during overnight hours
• supervise and support cnas, ensuring quality care and proper workflow
• maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• promote a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents overnight

qualifications

• current licensed practical nurse (lpn) license in the state of nebraska
• cpr/bls certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
• strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and time-management skills
• compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to resident dignity and respect
