Role Description This is a full time Endodontist opportunity but they would consider an endodontist anywhere from 1 to 5 days per week . Depending on their preference . They have a strong referral network already established as the owner is going to focus on growing their other location. Therefore, a full time endodontist could earn anywhere from 300K to 500K their first year. The office is averaging 4.9 stars on their many online reviews. They have been well established in the community for many years. They also have an amazing team that works very well together to help support the endodontists. They are offering a very competitive daily guarantee and or % of collections (whichever is higher), as well as health benefits, sign on bonus or relocation bonus, CE stipend, malpractice and AAE, ADA, CDA and any study club memberships. There would be buy in potential in the future as well if the endondotist is interested in partnership. Buy in is not required. The endodontist will be responsible for providing specialized endodontic care, performing root canal treatments, diagnosing dental conditions, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health status. Perform a variety of endodontic procedures. Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental issues accurately. Maintain accurate medical records for all patients using dental software. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in general dentistry practices with experience in endodontics and oral surgery preferred. Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging technologies. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
