Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician
Fusion Healthcare Staffing
Schedule: 7a-5p shifts; multiple date blocks from July through December
Patient Volume: 3-4 hospital consults/day; 4-6 EP cases/day; 20-22 clinic patients/day
EMR: Cerner
Required Certifications: ACLS
Required Procedures/Skills: EP ablations (including left sided); TEEs; moderate sedation; proficiency with Abbott Ensite X mapping system
Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
Licensure Requirements: Active Arizona medical license required; will wait for licensing; no temporary privileges
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Additional Details: Must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years; COVID 19 and Flu vaccinations required (exemptions allowed)
