Sales Director (Independent Living) Position Overview Confidential search for a Sales Director to drive Independent Living occupancy within a premier Life Plan Community in a desirable coastal market. This is a player-coach role responsible for leadinga small team while actively managing leads and closing sales. Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals • Drive occupancy within a key Independent Living product line • Maintain personal production through tours, follow-up, and closing • Execute sales, marketing, and event strategies • Manage pipeline, CRM activity, and performance metrics • Partner with leadership to strengthen market positioning The Opportunity Targeted opportunity to improve performance within a specific Independent Living offering. Strong demand exists—success will come from refining strategy and execution. Qualifications • Proven success in Independent Living / CCRC entry-fee sales • Sales leadership or top producer experience • Strong lifestyle-based, relationship-driven sales approach • Ability to lead and personally close
