Senior Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand the root causes of budget deviations.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial viability.
• Ensure financial integrity by reviewing financial statements and performing analysis to identify errors and explain variances.
• Assist in the development of financial projections including the annual budget, gathering the necessary information/backup, and presenting the results.

Qualification/Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial analysis software (NetSuite).
• Experience with large data sets/manipulating data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to senior management and stakeholders.
• Understanding of industry-specific financial practices and regulations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
