About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead execution of intelligence IT, data, and operational support services for the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) under the Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) contract. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end contract performance , ensuring technical excellence, operational continuity, financial transparency, and compliance across multiple mission‑critical task areas. The Program Manager serves as the single point of accountability for contract execution, acting as the primary interface with Government leadership while directing a multidisciplinary team operating across classified environments. Success in this role requires strong leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage complex, fast‑moving intelligence support operations. What you’ll do Provide overall leadership and direction for all contract task areas, ensuring uninterrupted mission support Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and senior DCD leadership Ensure all PWS requirements, performance standards, and deliverables are met or exceeded Maintain continuous situational awareness of program status, risks, staffing levels, and operational priorities Direct and mentor task leads, technical leads, and site leads across multiple functional disciplines Manage contract financial execution, including burn rate tracking, funding projections, and cost controls Deliver Monthly Financial Status Reports (MFSRs) in accordance with contract requirements Develop, maintain, and present a live Financial and Resource Management Dashboard (FRM‑D) to Government stakeholders Track labor, staffing levels, vacancies, PTO, training, and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) in real time Identify funding risks early and recommend mitigation strategies to the Government Staffing, Workforce Management & Continuity Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained at all times in accordance with PWS requirements Oversee onboarding, indoctrination, and clearance coordination for new personnel Manage backfill and vacancy resolution to prevent service degradation Ensure workforce stability, continuity of operations, and compliance with training requirements Oversee transition‑in and transition‑out activities, ensuring seamless handover with no mission impact Risk Management & Quality Assurance Establish and maintain a formal risk management and lessons‑learned program Identify operational, technical, staffing, and security risks and implement mitigation plans Ensure all deliverables undergo contractor‑led quality control prior to Government submission Develop, maintain, and enforce the Quality Control Plan (QCP) Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) Reporting, Metrics & Stakeholder Engagement Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc program status briefings to Government leadership Maintain dashboards displaying production metrics, task status, and CDRL compliance Ensure accurate, timely submission of all CDRLs using Government‑approved formats Participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, and reviews as directed by the Government Prepare corrective action plans when performance issues are identified Compliance, Security & Governance Ensure compliance with all applicable DoD, Army, IC, and INSCOM security policies Oversee adherence to clearance, access, OPSEC, and information assurance requirements Ensure personnel comply with DoD 8140 certification requirements and mandatory training Coordinate with Facility Security Officers (FSOs) and Government security personnel Enforce proper marking, handling, and safeguarding of classified information Qualifications Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing IT, intelligence, or data‑centric contracts Demonstrated experience overseeing software development, IT operations, and mission support teams Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑task contracts in classified environments Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level briefings Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SCI access Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent program/project management certification Experience managing contracts with multiple task areas and geographically dispersed teams Familiarity with financial dashboards, KPI reporting, and data‑driven program oversight Experience supporting transition‑in and transition‑out activities on large federal contracts #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaimetrix
