Property Management Coordinator

6470 N Shadeland Ave, Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46220, USA Description The Property Management Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations and tenant experience where Forza is the Property Manager. This role serves to keep the property functioning efficiently every day. Core Roles & Responsibilities Property Operations Coordinate tenant issues and requests, including maintenance and repairs Manage vendors and service contracts, including obtaining quotes for ongoing maintenance as well as repairs Conduct site inspections, ensuring property appearance and safety Major vendor, capital or tenant issues are escalated through the Asset Manager Leasing & Tenant Administration Track lease compliance Support rent collections Handle notices and tenant communication Operational Budget Execution Operate within approved budgets Control property-level expenses Submit invoices and operational reporting Qualifications and Requirements College experience preferred Minimum of 2 years experience within Property Management Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle Perform the physical functions of the position, not limited to ability to walk properties, complete physical inspections, and deliver tenant communications Required Behaviors Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Goal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help Education Bachelors or better.
