Salinity Salt & Float Spa is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our Spa Service Provider team. Located in Overland Park, Kansas, and featuring a wide range of natural, holistic therapies, we have now provided exceptional services to our clients for over 5 years. Job Overview:

• This position has varied shifts from Monday-Sunday, 9am-9pm; Full-Time (28+ hours) or Part-Time hours available.
• Experience outside of an educational setting is preferred.
• Services performed: Therapeutic, Himalayan Hot Stone, Prenatal, and Deep Tissue Massage
• Willingness to give five-star service to meet and exceed client expectations

Details and Benefits:

• Commission-based salary starting at 40%, with performance-based increases up to 50% within the first year of employment; plus bonuses and gratuity; salary range is approximately $55,000 to $75,000/year including gratuity with 28 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements: 

• Massage Therapy License (Kansas)

Pay: 

• $55,000 - $75,000 annually (full-time)
