What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing outstanding customer service. Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow. Collect medical histories and accurately update patient records. Process payments and assist clients during check-in and check-out. Maintain accurate client and patient information within the practice management system. Provide administrative support to help the hospital operate efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team to ensure a seamless experience. What You'll Bring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
