Onsite SupervisorOnsite Supervisor is responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth. Our national network has connected more than 122,000 employees on an annual basis and growing.Primary FunctionsPerform a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performanceManage Surge Management VMS system and ensure all orders are getting filled immediatelyWork with offices that utilize Surge Management in their branches and train them how to use the systemWorking with sub-vendors, establishing sub-vendors, signing service agreements, and checking invoicingRFP, paperwork, and establishing the accounts in AvionteAuditing Sub-Vendors to ensure compliancy throughout the Surge Management ProgramNegotiating Vendor agreements to ensure profitability for Surge ManagementCommunicating with Surge Management clients ensuring satisfactory serviceMaking sure the overall billing for Surge Management is increasing weekly/monthly/quarterlyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework or equivalent business experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and InternetAbility to travel to various locations (e.g., customer sites, other company offices) as neededAbility to communicate effectively and tactfully with othersAbility to work with other team members as well as independentlyCooperative, team-oriented, patient, calm under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to provide excellent customer service to all clientsAbility to advise, counsel, guide and influence the opinions and decisions of othersAbility to analyze and evaluate people, data and things to determine courses of actionPrevious business development experience including developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service andpricing proposalsAbility to demonstrate success working in a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with exhibited sense of urgency in all sales and service related activityExceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
