Job Description Role & Responsibilities Own Product Strategy and Roadmap for WGS NetOxygen Loan Origination System/Point of Sale System Translate product strategy into a Product Roadmap from both an innovation and compliance perspective Incubate innovative ideas and build differentiators Represent WGS and act as a leader of the product team Network with Lenders, Analysts, Sales and Implementation teams to keep the roadmap at the cutting edge Mentor a team of product managers to detail the roadmap for execution Accountable for ROI on product investments Qualifications Mandatory Skills: Program Management Experience: 8-10 Years Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000, and may vary based on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, which include medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
