Role Overview We’re searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate guide to ensure that every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless—at arrival, departure, and throughout their stay. Qualifications Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus. Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, mult-tasker and detail oriented. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. Company & Compensation Founded in 2006 by Barry Sternlicht, Starwood Hotels is a luxury hotel brand management company and affiliate of global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group.
