Financial Consultant

The Financial Consultant is responsible for providing financial advice and solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial objectives. The role involves assessing clients' financial needs, recommending suitable financial products and services, developing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assess clients' financial situations, needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
* Provide guidance on financial planning, savings, investments, and wealth management.
* Recommend suitable financial products and services based on clients' requirements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client outreach.
* Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
* Explain financial products, benefits, risks, fees, and relevant terms to clients.
* Monitor clients' financial plans and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
* Prepare financial proposals, reports, and client presentations.
* Stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and relevant industry developments.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
* Follow applicable KYC, AML/CFT, compliance, and ethical standards.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective client service.

## Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, sales, or financial advisory; fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles (Preferred).
* Knowledge of financial planning, investment products, banking services, and financial analysis.
* Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
