Role Description This is a temporary, on-site Tableau Developer role based in Plano, TX. The Tableau Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering and refining reporting requirements, transforming business needs into effective visualizations, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sources. The role involves working closely with data engineers and business teams to model data, optimize queries, and support data warehousing and ETL processes. The Tableau Developer will also document reporting solutions, perform regular performance tuning, and support end users with training and troubleshooting. Qualifications Strong proficiency in building Tableau dashboards and visualizations, including interactive reports and drill-down capabilities. Solid experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts to support scalable reporting solutions. Hands‑on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools to integrate and prepare data for analysis. Well-developed analytical skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases; familiarity with cloud data platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
