This position is 100% outpatient with no operating room duties, hospital rounds, call coverage, or weekends, allowing providers to focus on patient care with a predictable schedule. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct patient assessments, follow-up visits, and treatment planning
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Provide patient education on injuries, conditions, and treatment options
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff for high-quality care
• Document encounters accurately within the EMR system

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Prior orthopedic experience required
• Strong outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Comfortable in a clinic-only setting
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
