Forklift Operator 2nd Shift 2:00PM 10:00PM

Pay Range: $19.36 per hour + $0.50 Shift Differential. Schedule: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm) This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or support for work authorization. What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy. Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas. Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with accuracy and freshness. Ensure proper storage and stacking to prevent spoilage or contamination. Support shipping by picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets. Perform load audits, correct labels, and address inventory issues. Replenish product in appropriate bays and assist with manual case picking as directed. Take on related duties and grow your skills along the way. What We’re Looking For 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience. Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments. Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently. Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification. Team player who works toward common goals. Positive attitude and strong work ethic every day. Experience or training in GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols. Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings.
