Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Afternoon/Evening

Opportunity for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Kore Autism Services is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! Compensation and Schedule Pay Range: Starts at $20/hr Job Type: Part Time Schedule: 3:00 - 7:30 PM Location: 77027 Kore Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)s Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic. Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement. Requirements Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at the time of hire. 1 year of work experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred. 1+ years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain a valid Texas Fingerprinting Report prior to attending orientation. Valid Adult/Child CPR and First Aid certification required, or must be obtained before orientation. Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally. Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
