Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Principal Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level IT programs within a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership, healthcare industry knowledge, executive stakeholder management and technology delivery experience , with the ability to manage multiple interconnected projects, vendors, risks and dependencies from planning through successful business outcomes.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project and program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Proficiency in project and business financials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
