Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Dallas, TX, for a Franchise Business Consultant. The Franchise Business Consultant will support franchise partners by providing guidance on business planning, operations, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include assisting with franchising processes, advising on profit and loss (P&L) management, implementing strategies for operational efficiency, and fostering the success and growth of franchise partners through management consulting practices. Collaboration with franchisees and corporate teams will be essential to achieve business goals. Responsibilities Achieve sales budgets while proactively managing poor performance within the region Identify, coach, train, and develop franchise partners' retail and business needs Implement retail growth and expansion plans in conjunction with franchise partners Facilitate the training of staff in conjunction with franchise partners Implement and monitor franchise partner action plans for the development of training needs in their business Coach and train franchise partners to develop, launch, and implement marketing plans Implement and monitor retail and field operations Monitor retail systems and procedures, and rectify issues where necessary in conjunction with franchise partner Monitor retail presentation standards and promotional activities, and rectify issues where necessary in conjunction with franchise partners Ensure all Business Health Checks are undertaken when scheduled Maintain agreed Field Visitation cycle Facilitate the sharing of ideas amongst operators within the region Coordinate and facilitate Regional training workshops and seminars, including specialist workshops Coordinate and facilitate Monthly Business Meetings Conduct Monthly vendor partner meetings and provide quarterly access to the group at business meetings Facilitate Marketing activities in the region Contribute to forums, publications, and sharing of ideas amongst the business Support the execution of an effective change management strategy Maintain and be part of a positive team environment and company culture aligned with Poolwerx Core Values Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in franchise operations, business coaching, or multi‑unit management within the pool service industry is required Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field - or equivalent experience Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence small business owners toward performance improvement Well‑developed organizational and administrative skills, including a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload Ability to relate/build rapport with a broad client/customer demographic base Self‑motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Ability to interpret finance statements such as P&L and cash flow Ability to travel up to 50% regionally and hold a current drivers license Demonstrated effectiveness in contributing to a team, including the capacity to review and improve workplace practices Ability to role‑model the Poolwerx Core Values and have a positive attitude with an energized approach to work #J-18808-Ljbffr
