Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Title : Global Supplier Quality Engineer Salary : 75k to 100K+ Skills : Manufacturing, Automotive, IATF-16949, Metrology, Metallurgy, Quality, Auditing About Company / Opportunity : We are a global supplier of innovative fastening solutions and complex, cold formed specialty components to the world’s leading manufacturers. Responsibilities : We are looking for a team member to oversee the quality activities of globally sourced products and assemblies for the automotive industry. This role will expose you to a high level of interaction with suppliers, customers, and our internal team members to ensure quality and expectations are maintained through the entire supply chain. Responsibilities will include supplier development, customer support, coordination of key audits, product inspection, PPAP approvals, problem solving, and operational continuous improvement. The role also provides opportunities for international travel and collaboration with a wide range of teams, internally and externally. Success in this role will not only lead to growth in the initial position but provide a path for expanded responsibilities and involvement within the organization. Must-Have Skills : Bilingual-English and Korean! 2 years in automotive quality or equivalent. Metrology and metallurgy Demonstrated knowledge of IATF-16949, ISO 9001, 8D, 5 Whys, 4M, ISIR, AIAG, Core Tools, and auditing This is an 8-hour shift.
