Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

SIGN-ON BONUS: $500 TOTAL!

Earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing your first week of training and an additional $250 bonus after successfully completing your first 90 days!

Position Summary:

• As a part time Van Driver with Viability, you will provide safe and reliable transportation for individuals with disabilities, helping them get to their attend their day programs. Responsibilities include ensuring vehicles are safe and in good working condition, completing required paperwork, and treating all passengers and customers with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a split shift schedule from 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM (approx.), and 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license held for at least 2-3 years.
• Good driving record.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including:
  • DOT physical examination
  • Drug screening
  • Criminal background check
  • Fingerprinting
  • Driver history record review
