ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a physician recruiter and later an Office Manager for a logistics company. I'm originally from Louisiana, graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a degree in Speech Pathology, and come from a big family with seven siblings. Those experiences have shaped my passion for building relationships and serving others. Giving back is an important part of our agency. I serve on the Black Chamber Board, participate in St. Jude fundraisers, and organize annual community events like food and coat drives. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate for Shon Henry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
