This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants./ppHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN/RN:/pulliAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents./liliResponsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident./liliProvide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies./liliProvide nursing care according to physicians orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies./liliEnsure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines./li/ulpHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:/pulliCurrent nursing license valid in state worked/liliWillingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community/liliAs PRN, you will be required to work at least two nursing shifts per month to keep PRN Status/liliMust be willing to keep up with trainings (with our companys Relias software)/li/ulpPay rates: LPN starts at $32/hr to $36/hr. AND RN starts at $33/hr to $38/hr.
