We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter at Exquisite Properties. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Compensation:

$45,000 + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
• Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
• Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
• Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
• Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected

• Conduct phone interviews and schedule recruiting appointments

• Give office tours to prospective agents

• Follow up with agents through calls, texts, and email

• Assist with recruiting events and networking opportunities

• Create and appear in social media content

• Cold call and recruit real estate agents

• Build relationships with agents and help grow the brokerage

• Learn recruiting strategies directly alongside the Senior Growth Strategist

Qualifications:

• Must have a college degree
• Great at time management and organization
• At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
• Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well

• Real estate experience preferred, Sales & Recruiting experience

• Real estate background or license is a plus, but not required

• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
