• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address diverse client needs.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for your clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards within the mental health field.

• Actively engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research and advancements in mental health practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate their unique challenges, offering a safe space for dialogue and reflection. Through telehealth, you can connect with clients across various demographics, helping those who may struggle to access traditional in-person therapy options.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
