Work Environment\nThe work you'll be doing is 100% remote, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth platforms to connect with clients. You will utilize various digital tools to conduct therapy sessions, patient assessments, and progress evaluations, ensuring both efficiency and safety during the counseling process.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Oversee the clinical care of a diverse caseload of patients, demonstrating proficiency in mental health assessment and intervention. \n
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to meet clients' needs. \n
- Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, documenting findings and crafting personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families. \n
- Respond to crisis situations with advanced counseling skills, providing immediate support and interventions as needed. \n
- Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-up sessions and adapt treatment plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement. \n
- Create and maintain detailed records, including strategic outlines and progress summaries, to track treatment effectiveness. \n
- Facilitate educational and supportive programs for patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and treatment options. \n
You will be working with a wide spectrum of patients facing varying psychological challenges. This includes individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise will be critical in providing tailored therapeutic interventions that are compassionate and culturally competent, enabling each client to achieve their personal growth and independence.

- A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required. \n
- Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in either inpatient or outpatient settings is essential. \n
While the minimum qualifications are specified, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling or those who have previously worked with adult populations and in community mental health settings are preferred. Familiarity with telehealth software and digital communication tools will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional financial incentives include a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and performance-based bonuses of up to $2,000, contingent upon state licensure.
