The Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) team is expanding and seeking dynamic, board-certified or board-eligible PEM physicians to support system-wide growth and an exciting trajectory in pediatric emergency care. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE.
