Our client, a leading organization in the service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 9am-5:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Off Thursday & Sunday

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to resolve inquiries and issues
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to ensure satisfaction
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to service delivery
• Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely completion
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Solid multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
