Technical Support Manager

Jobtailor

Demonstrate deep business, industry, and product knowledge
Manage a team of Developer Support Engineers
Manage workflows and schedules for direct reports
Develop an understanding of customer’s Salesforce implementation
Guide customers on org strategy and governance
Identify risks to customer business goals and build mitigation plans
Build and cultivate executive-level relationships with customers
Recommend additional Salesforce services as needed
Proactively communicate technical product changes

Requirements

10+ years of relevant industry expertise
Experience leading and managing customer support teams
In-depth knowledge in one or more lines of business (LoBs) - a specific cloud or industry
Strong consulting skills
Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations at the C-level
Strong knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles
Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
