Shift: 2nd Shift, M-F (3:00pm - 11:30pm) training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hr DOE + $2 Shift Differential Position Summary
Seeking a Polisher to perform polishing, deburring, and surface finishing on large aerospace metal components while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

Seeking a Polisher to perform polishing, deburring, and surface finishing on large aerospace metal components while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities
- Polish, buff, blend, and finish aerospace components.
- Remove burrs, scratches, and surface imperfections using hand and power tools.
- Operate grinders, sanders, buffers, and other polishing equipment.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and surface finish requirements.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person due to ITAR Requirements
- 1+ years of polishing, deburring, grinding, or metal finishing experience.
- Experience working with large metal parts in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Aerospace experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
