State: Maine

Duration: 14-Week Contract

Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Guaranteed

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Long Term Care setting to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and support clinical staff within a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with facility policies and standards

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as needed

• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes in health status

• Coordinate care plans with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and staffing coordination

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Mentor and train nursing staff while promoting a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Active RN License required

• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills required

• Ability to supervise staff and manage patient care operations effectively
